2006 Season - The Cover Comes Off!!!

Spring's here, finally!!! We took the cover off VICTURA on March 31st. This was the 2nd winter for our "Top Shop" cover, and it continues to do a great job protecting the boat from the elements. There's a lot of boats in the yards this year. With Lakeview Power Station closing, the harbour at Promenade Marina and PCYC froze over, so more boats were hauled. Well, spring's in the air and things are moving now.

2005 Haulout

Our 2005 sailing season came to an end on October 27th, 2005 when we hauled the boat out of the water at Port Credit Harbour Marina.

Some pictures taken from the stern of VICTURA at our slip at P.C.Y.C. We often relax at the club and watch the sun go down sitting on our boat.

2005 Launch

We launched VICTURA on May 4th, 2005. After stepping the mast and tuning the rig, we sailed the boat over to Port Credit Yacht Club where she was berthed for the season.

End of 2004 Season

Our first season came to an end on October 27, 2004. A beautiful fall day. VICTURA was hauled out at Port Credit Harbour Marina. We quickly covered her with our new cover purchased from Top Shop in Kingston.
