It's spring ... but it sure doesn't feel like it!
It's officially spring here .. but it sure doesn't feel like it. We've had a couple of warm days, but the last week has felt more like November than April.
The pictures below are taken at the Port Credit Harbour Marina. As you can see, the ice damage there was quite extensive. I wonder if they will be able to fix in time for the boating season. The marina has already started to launch boats and this should be well under way over the next 3 weeks. Our club has also sustained ice damage, but they have promised to have it repaired by May 1st.

No, PCHM has not gotten people launched for the boating season. This is the last of May and none of us "weekender" launches have gone in. Lawsuits have been threatened. (The most they'll get back is their summer fees, so why bother?) I would imagine that your yacht club will gain some new members, eh? Maybe we'll see you soon...
